My First Blog Post

10 Tips on staying connected when depressed.

1. Talk to someone about your feeling’s.

2. Help someone.

3. Have lunch or coffee with someone like a friend or family member.

4. ask a loved one to check on you regularly.

5. Accompany someone to the movies or just a smell get together,

6. Call someone or email a friend.

7 Go for a walk.

8. Schedule a dinner with family or friend’s.

9. Meet new people by taking a class or joining a club.

10. Confide in someone in a clergy member, teacher or friend.
